I was moved to tears by a beautiful blog post by a photographer today. She is a beautiful, new Mom with a baby girl a bit older than Jarvis. During these days of sleepy, tired eyes witnessing daily moments of beauty that are too overwhelming to describe, this girl’s post (and entries about Motherhood) really spoke to me. She describes the feelings of time flying by so well, how the tiniest bits of the day seem to have magical fast-moving properties. I look at Jarvis’s face in the morning, him beaming up at me, and I realize that he has changed overnight. It’s wild and wonderful.

    I love that you mention “this girl’s post.” That phrase really speaks volumes. You see yourself in her… young, fun, and beautiful. You are a woman, a mother, a sister, daughter, granddaughter, a wife, but also and most importantly, a girl. xo
